How to Show Up at Thrive Yoga Club
Read this section to learn about our cancelation policies, studio etiquette and more.
Cancelation / No Show Policy
At Thrive Yoga Club we know life happens, and often without notice plans must change because of that. We get it. For this reason we want to be very flexible with our students. If for some reason you must cancel a class you have booked, we ask that you do so as early as possible (our guideline is 12 hours in advance of the class to ensure the teacher can adjust accordingly). Cancellation can be done easily through the WIX Spaces app or directly on the website, using your personal account.
If you have booked and paid and do not show up without canceling we do not offer refunds. However, if there are special emergency circumstances that prevented you from canceling your class booking, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The most important thing at TYC is that we work together as teachers and students to to equally care for each other. Our teachers work hard to be present for you fully, and it is our sincere wish that students can respect their time as much as they respect yours. We are all just human beings doing our best. Let’s thrive together.
